Marie Antoinette by Raynaud Tableware Will be Discontinued

It's the end of an reign... At the end of this year, 2011, Raynaud dinnerware will discontinue their Marie Antoinette pattern, and their Chambord shape molds will be destroyed at this time, too. Marie Antoinette is a majestic white porcelain, complete with a gold trimming, well suited for the royal namesake. Sallie home still has a stock of the Marie Antoinette pattern, but when it's gone it will be gone forever. So, make sure you have all the pieces you need filled in!

Grainger McKoy Jewelry and Sculptures: Not Just for the Birds!

Grainger McKoy has a passion for the "pursuit of the flight of birds in wood." For a quarter century McKoy has been masterfully carving bird sculptures out of wood. Recently he opened up a whole new territory, he started using his wood carvings into bronze casts in which he poured gold and silver into. This discovery also moved him into the realm of wearable sculptures, or jewelry. Like his sculpture, the "jewelry design is of or about a bird, and starts with a piece of wood and a sharp blade."

The jewelry line, which started as a Christmas Gift for Mckoy's wife, has flourished. Now woman can purchase earrings, necklaces, pendants, and bracelets in Gold or Sterling Silver fashioned from feathers, quails, and other birdly inspirations. The Recovery Stroke Earrings were made upon a customer's request for a gift to give on the 10th anniversary of their wife surviving cancer, these earrings are based on a 12-foot tall Recovery Stroke Sculpture for Swan Lake Gardens in Sumter, South Carolina.

Men can enjoy cufflinks, money clips, rings, and lapel pins. This is the perfect Christmas gift for the avid hunter and bird lover. The Quail cufflink and stud set are their best sellers.

Sallie home is pleased to announced that we are now one of the lucky retail stores that is privileged enough to sell Grainger McKoy. Grainger McKoy will be at Sallie home in St. Louis, MO, November 18th, 2010 to debut his entire line, gold and silver.

Jaguar Jungle Single Leaf Server is a Hit for Lynn Chase Lovers

The Jaguar Jungle collection is one of Lynn Chase's most popular patterns. At this pattern's core motif is, of course, the Jaguar. Many of the items in this collection feature Jaguars painted onto the china; but many serving pieces and giftware use an actual Jaguar figurine, like the one used in the Jaguar Jungle Single Leaf Server. The Jaguar, which doubles as a handle, sits proudly next to a huge palm leaf. The palm leaf is veined with gold and can be used to serve appetizers or candies at a party; or for an everyday use, can be used to display knick-knacks or soap in your bathroom. This server, as well as other service and tabletop items from the Jaguar Jungle collection, are great gifts for the big cat lover!
