Summer Entertaining Recipe, An O-list Favorite!

But, there is no need to stress about creating a gourmet meal, there are ways to cut corners. Here is a great appetizer recipe from Bella Cucina for Hot Artichoke Dip that requires minimal cooking skills and supplies:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix one 6 oz jar of Bella Cucina's Artichoke Lemon Pesto with 1/4 cup mayonnaise, and 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Put mixture into a baking dish and bake until the top is golden brown and the dip is bubbly. This takes approximately 25-30 minutes. Serve with dipping crackers or rustic bread.
