A Petite Gift for a Petite Person; Raynuad's Petite Gourmand 3-pc Baby Dinnerware Set

Making a small child can almost always be a difficult task. It's boring for them; why would they want to sit still instead of playing? That is why it's important to make dinnertime fun and you can do this with the dinnerware. When I was a child, I had a complete dislike for milk. The only way I would drink it would be from my plain white mug that had a surprise in the bottom; a cute bear sculpture. To use that mug I had to promise to drink all the milk and not just spill it. Very clever my mom was. Raynaud Tableware Chinatook a tip from mom and have created fun dinnerware for children.

Raynaud tableware, creators of avant garde fine china, have created a Baby Dinnerware set that is so entertaining to the eye no child could resist. The Petite Gourmand 3-piece Baby Dinnerware Set by Raynaud comes with a plate, bowl and cup with easy to handle handles. Each piece has an eye-catching. hand-painted illustration. On the inside of the bowl there are boats wading in the waves and the mug has a colorful illustration of what looks like a guy flinging food. Then depending on the sex, boy or girl, the plate either has a girl in scarf, top hat and wand walking to a birthday cake or a little boy balancing plates surrounded by stars. It is a delightful gift for the upcoming holidays or a celebratory "welcome to the world" birthday gift. A Textured Presentation on the Dinner Table: Raynaud Caviar

Texture adds interest to an otherwise plain canvas, as shown on the Raynaud Caviar Porcelain Limoges Presentation plates. These plates are a gorgeous white Limoges porcelain with either a platinum or white rim. Without texture these plates are ordinary (except for the high quality porcelain used) and uninteresting. Luckily, Raynaud is a masterful designer and these plates are made extraordinary through the use of texture. The rim of each plate has a pattern of raised circles or balls placed tightly together for an eye-catching look.
The Caviar Platinum presentation plate looks as if they welded together metal BBs. On another plate, Raynaud tones down the platinum shine for a completely different look on the Caviar Platinum Matte presentation plate. The matte finish makes this a modern, rustic metal rimming. This collection has two other looks for this presentation plate if you want the texture but in a more subtle way. The Caviar White presentation plate is shiny and the Caviar White matte has lost its sheen, but is equally as beautiful.

Dinner and a Seascape View from the Table

The plates and platters from the Seascape dinnerware collection by Anna Weatherley are perfect accents for a nautical table. This collection consists of both animals and plants one could find around a pond or a an ocean. Frogs, shells, and lobsters are skillfully painted on each plate and platter and are all finished with gold around the rim.
The Hor D'oreuvre plates will bring aquatic life and color to the table. There are six different sea shells to pick from but each is more realistic and beautiful than the next - pick one shell or mix and match all six. The lobster oval platter ties the whole table motif in together exquisitely. Click here to view all of the Anna Weatherley china available at Sallie home.
